UNCLE generally does not charge fees for Remote Banking Services including Mobile eDeposits. Fees for special services accessed through Remote Banking, such as check stop payments, will be subject to the fee shown on our Fee Schedule. 

UNCLE's Mobile Deposit service is offered through our Mobile Banking app, which requires you to provide a unique username and password each time you log in. Each item deposited must be endorsed with the signature of the payee and “For eDeposit Only at UNCLE CU.” By doing so, checks deposited through Mobile Deposit cannot be deposited again at an UNCLE Credit Union branch or another financial institution. The Mobile eDeposits approval process also includes a review of each deposited item, and automatically detects duplicate deposits within 24 hours of submission.

Personal checks, corporate/business checks, cashier's checks and government checks are all generally accepted through eDeposits. Foreign checks. items not available in United States currency, and more are considered ineligible.

UNCLE Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine what items may be considered “Ineligible Items.”

Your Mobile eDeposit history will show up to 24 months of images and check information.

Mobile eDeposits may be declined for a number of reasons. You will receive a notification explaining the reason(s) for the decline and what you should do next. If you need more help, please call 925-447-5001.
