1. Up to $2,000.00 credit toward closing costs on new first mortgages originated and funded through UNCLE Credit Union. Offer not available on UNCLE-to-UNCLE refinances. Exact amount of closing cost credit depends on closing costs incurred, not to exceed $2,000.00. Speak with an UNCLE mortgage consultant for more details. All loans subject to credit approval.

Advertised loans assume properties in CA, as well as escrow accounts (monthly collection of subject property taxes and any applicable homeowners insurance with your monthly principal and interest payment) unless you request otherwise and the loan program and applicable law allows. Maximum 97% LTV on conforming and high balance purchases and 97% LTV on refinances. 7/6 ARM - Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) after the initial 7 years, the rate may adjust every 6 months by no more than 5%. The maximum lifetime adjustment is 5%. Maximum 97% LTV on conforming and high balance purchases and 97% LTV on refinances.
4. High Balance Mortgages allow for higher loan limits beyond the $726,200 conforming limit up to $1,089,300 for high-cost areas as determined by the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
