Audio-Enabled ATM's
Audio-enabled ATMs are available and allow visually impaired members to conduct ATM transactions privately, through a headset.
In-Branch Services
All UNCLE Credit Union branch locations provide accessibility to our memberships through high or low desk transaction spaces. Please contact us at 925-447-5001 to request special assistance when visiting one of our locations.
Job Seekers
UNCLE Credit Union provides accessibility service for job seekers who may require accommodations in the job application process. Telephone Banking
UNCLE Credit Union's Call Center is open 24 hours a day, 364 days a year, with the exception of Christmas Day. We can provide most banking and account services via telephone by calling 925-447-5001.
