UNCLE Credit Union members are entitled to a no-cost TruStage Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)1 insurance policy from CMFG Life Insurance Company. AD&D coverage pays you or your loved ones a cash benefit after an accident results in a covered injury or loss of life due to an accident.
Eligible members have the option of choosing from $10,000 to $300,0002 extra accident insurance protection at affordable rates.
Acceptance is guaranteed.
No medical exam or health questions are required. Members age 18 and older cannot be turned down.
