California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
California residents (who are UNCLE CU members) have further control over their personal information. The California Consumer Privacy Act extends specific rights to California residents over the collection, use, sharing and selling of their personal information and sensitive information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Request information about UNCLE Credit Union's collection of your personal information
- Receive a portable copy of collected personal information
- Request the deletion of personal information (subject to certain exceptions) and
- Not be discriminated against because of choices regarding personal information
To make a request under the CCPA, please submit the below California Consumer Request Form, call us at 1‑800‑34UNCLE 1 (1‑800‑348-6253), or visit an UNCLE financial center.

Your Rights
You have the following rights to restrict the sharing of personal and financial information with outside companies that we do business with. Nothing in this form prohibits the sharing of information necessary for us to follow the law, as permitted by law, or to give you the best service on your account(s) with us. This includes sending you information about some other products and services.
Your Choice
You may make your privacy opt-out choice at any time. However, if we do not hear from you, we may share some of your information with companies with whom we have contract with to provide financial products and services.
