Important Update: New Service Hours

Beginning Thursday, October 1, 2026, some Financial Center and Contact Center hours will be changing. Members will continue to have access to convenient in-person banking, digital banking, ATMs, and nearby Financial Center locations.

What's Changing?

Financial Center Saturday Hours

Beginning Thursday, October 1, 2026, the following Financial Centers will no longer be open on Saturdays:
  • Pleasanton Financial Center (1987 Santa Rita Road Ste. A, Pleasanton, CA)
  • Stockton Financial Center (5757 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA)
Members who currently visit these locations on Saturdays are encouraged to use our nearby Financial Centers which will continue offering Saturday hours:
  • Livermore Headquarters Financial Center (2100 Las Positas Court, Livermore, CA)
  • Tracy Financial Center (1828 W. 11th Street, Tracy, CA)

Contact Center and Chat Live Agent Hours

Beginning Thursday, October 1, 2026, Contact Center hours with an UNCLE representative and chat live agent support will be:
  • Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM
  • Saturday, 9AM - 1PM
*Outside of the hours listed above, you can call UNCLE at any time to use our 24-hour banking services. These services include: checking your account balance, transferring funds, making a payment, card activation, Mastercard credit/debit PIN by phone, and lost/stolen card services.

Why Are We Making These Changes?

To better align staffing and resources with member usage patterns, we are adjusting hours at select locations and within our Contact Center.
These changes allow us to continue providing the personal service members expect while maintaining convenient access through our branch network, digital banking services, ATMs, and self-service options.
